From Merchants
- Business name, email address, phone number, and address
- GST number (optional)
- Payment information processed via Razorpay (we do not store card details)
- Google account details if you use Google Sign-In
- Order and delivery history
From Riders
- Name, phone number, and email
- Vehicle type and number
- Aadhaar and driving license document images
- Bank account or UPI details for payouts
- GPS location during active deliveries
From Customers (Order Recipients)
- Name, phone number, and delivery address - provided by the merchant
- No account registration required for tracking
3. How We Use Your Information
- To create and manage delivery orders
- To assign riders and provide real-time tracking
- To process payments and manage your wallet
- To send transactional emails and in-app notifications
- To verify rider documents and approve registrations
- To generate reports and analytics for merchants
- To improve the platform and prevent fraud
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share information only as required to operate the platform:
- Razorpay - for payment processing
- Google - for authentication (Google Sign-In for merchants)
- OneSignal - for push notifications to riders and merchants
- SMS providers - for delivery alerts (when SMS is enabled)
- Rider contact details are shared with merchants only for active orders
- Merchant name is visible to customers on the tracking page
5. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. On account deletion, personal data is anonymised within 30 days. Order records are retained for 7 years for financial and legal compliance.
6. Security
We use HTTPS for all data transmission, hashed passwords (bcrypt), CSRF protection on all forms, and restrict document access via server-side controls. Rider documents are stored in a server directory with direct web access blocked.
